Enjoy breathtaking views of the resort's lush garden and the rolling terrain of our East golf course while dining at Di Valletta. The elegant dining room includes a large ceiling mural themed after Malta, an Island south of Sicily.

The casual Cafè Expresso East and billiards room overlook the putting green and Grandover's East golf course. Cafè Expresso West overlooks the 10th hole of the resort's spectacular West Golf course.

The Lobby Bar, adjoining to Di Valletta Restaurant, features two massive stone fireplaces, large enough to stand in.

The Colony Bar, located adjacent to the Golf Pro Shop, offers an extensive Martini menu with and International array of Vodkas.
