Upon receiving confirmation of your group, a dedicated Conference Services Manager (CSM) is assigned for your event. Your CSM will work with you step-by-step from the initial planning stages all the way through the closing of the conference. Your CSM will work with you and offer suggestions for all aspects of your event such as meeting space assignments and set ups, lodging, food services, recreation, and audio visual support. Our experienced CSM’s are available to answer questions regarding all aspects of the resort facilities making planning an event seamless and easy.
