With 13,000 square feet and 16-foot ceilings, this traditional ballroom makes a marked impression. Your audio visual program will be supported by built in screens, drop down projectors and a quality sound system. Grandville Ballroom divides either in half or into four sections by sound-containing airwalls. The lovely large pre-function area is lined with windows and doors leading to walking paths and gardens.
The lower (12-foot) ceilings with wood paneling in this 4,275-square-foot ballroom is deceivingly intimate for your classroom or meal setting. Large paneled mirror tiles with swag drapes give the impression of windows. Again, a built in screen and projection booth support your A/V needs.
Conveniently located at the Grandover golf facility, the Griffin Room is often the venue used for golf related luncheons and receptions. Towering cathedral ceilings with timber cross beams, a double sided stone fireplace and a wall of windows overlooking the putting green are features that make this room so unique!
This elegant, crescent-shaped room of 4,386 square feet features a wall of windows and doors that lead out to the private stone terrace overlooking the Lawn, gardens and golf course. Blackout drapes assist with your audio visual program. There is a large atrium pre-function area overlooking the hotel lobby and two adjoining smaller breakout rooms.
Tiered amphitheatre with permanent desks for 87 people, comfortable executive style chairs, built in stage, screen and projection booth. Each workstation is equipped with desk light and internet connection.
Three executive style boardrooms with permanent conference tables and comfortable swivel leather executive chairs. Regents Boardroom accommodates 16 guests; Kingsley Boardroom – 10 guests; and Baroque Boardroom – 8 guests.
Grandover offers many smaller meeting rooms to accommodate groups of 5 to 50 guests. Each room is unique in shape and size and several rooms have windows for natural light. Each of these rooms includes a wet bar, touch screen lighting controls, whiteboard and small pull down screen.
A lovely outdoor venue for an upscale BBQ dinner or Reception. The Lawn is a large rectangle of pristine green grass with a border of brick pavers. Twin white pagoda style gazebos enhance the setting. Adjoining to the Lawn are walking paths thru lush gardens that lead to a tranquil water wall. The Lawn is accessible from both the main Lobby of the resort and the Grandville Ballroom pre-function area.
