Koury Ventures Limited Partnership, an arm of Koury Corporation, is the sole developer of Grandover.

Founded in 1952 by Joseph S. Koury, locally owned and operated Koury Corporation has pioneered much of the Piedmont Triad's early residential and commercial development. Mr. Koury began acquiring the land which comprises Grandover over 40 years ago. While he waited for just the right time to develop Grandover, he kept busy building over 9,000 Greensboro residences, Four Seasons Town Centre a 1.3 million square foot super regional shopping facility, the Sheraton Greensboro/Joseph S. Koury Convention Center the largest hotel/convention center complex between Washington and Atlanta as well as many apartment, industrial and office complexes.
